Health coaching sessions could be the answer. As a health coach, I help people the best diet and exercise regiment that works for them and supports their goals. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health and I enjoy releasing people from trying to fit into the latest fad diet and find out what works for THEM, while providing guidance and accountability.
I offer sessions by phone, Skype or in-person.
